How do I cancel
my Convention+ subscription?

The customer's subscription to a monthly subscription is without a duration commitment and continues indefinitely. The customer has the option to terminate their subscription at any time by informing the company of their decision to terminate.

The termination will be effective at the end of the current subscription month, for which payment is still due. From the effective date of termination, the customer will no longer be able to access the services of their monthly subscription.
